Agreement

By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

Texas Pool Barrier sells and installs pool safety fences, gates, and related hardware. Headquarters serves the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and independently owned local operators serve other metro areas. Each local operator is a separate business responsible for its own work and contracts.

Quotes and estimates

Online prices and ranges are estimates only. Your final price is in your written quote after an on-site measurement. Quotes are valid for the time stated on them.

Safety and supervision

A pool fence is one layer of protection. It does not replace adult supervision, swim lessons, door and gate alarms, or other safety measures. Keep gates closed and latched, check hardware regularly, and never leave children alone near water.

Codes and permits

We install fences to meet common pool barrier codes and check local rules before each install. You are responsible for HOA approvals and any permits your city or county requires, unless your written agreement says otherwise. Code and law summaries on this site are general information and are not legal advice.

Warranties

Product and workmanship warranties are described in your written agreement. Normal wear, misuse, damage from storms or other events outside our control, and changes made by others are not covered.

Website content

All text, photos, logos, and designs on this site belong to Texas Pool Barrier or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. We try to keep information accurate, but the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Texas Pool Barrier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to $100.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, like government safety resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless your written agreement with a local operator says otherwise.
